PAWEL’s Story
Pawel Szczurko, a Principal Engineer, joined AWB Engineers in 2008 with little knowledge of the construction industry. He commends AWB for training him to become the engineer he is today. Pawel’s role at AWB comes with many responsibilities including leading HVAC system design and managing industrial and commercial projects.

Pawel states that AWB’s goal is to serve the country in food processing, food distribution, cold storage, and pharmaceutical facilities. AWB Engineers accept and complete projects everywhere. Wherever the customers are is where AWB will go. They have the intention to continue growing and expanding their reach throughout the entire country.
“I see my future here. I consider AWB like my second home. I would not be able to be a principal engineer without AWB. I think it is an incredible place to work because everybody supports each other.”
